The staff was fantastic! They helped with all the questions I had and they didn't rush me.

So cool, everyone was happy to see me, this was my first time at this store, the paperwork was simple and fast, help was readily available, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Service is great, product is checked and doubled checked so you get what you ask for, and prices are right.

Zenleaf was recommended by my brother, and since then it's become my favorite medical dispensary. We get daily discounts on great product. Vendors are knowledgeable and polite. The store is clean and well organized. Plus with online ordering available you place your order, pick up and leave. Simple.

Best medical dispensary I’ve been to. Got my card in 2020 and split my business between here and Verilife. The inventory is unsurpassed. I’ve seen a few negative reviews mostly about the wait , whether in reception or the sales floor. Promise, 9 out of ten times there is a reasonable explanation. Could be sold out, even if it showed available when placing an online order. Online orders are only taken the minute we open. Very easy for your item to be sold before any one saw you order. Lastly, saw a review about patients being turn away. This only occurs when it’s very close to closing. I promise this amazing staff and management want to give you your medication. However, the State is strict about conducting a sale after 7

Normally the people that work here are trying to take care of the patients that are inside of the facility, but today they turned away multiple patients instead of helping the patients timely one worker instead of helping she just walked around while other were just standing around in back if they weren't so worried about leaving they could have helpedeveryone in the facility..They say they take patients all the way up to 7 but thats just clearly a lie even tho multiple workers say they do maybe you guys should lock the door at 6 or 6:30.. So no sleep for me unless I take Pharmaceuticals just shameful that some people instead of helping they are only serving their own self-interest to go home asap.

Last I visit they closed shop in the early afternoon despite claiming they were open and person who answers the phone the next day gives a poor excuse of “well yeah, sorry sucks.” Just was overall very dismissive and gave no explanation. Now that there’s more shops opening in Cincinnati their competitors offer way better prices and better/friendlier customer service. Ever since then, I haven’t returned to this place.

I bought a Timeless Flip case & Battery (Ohio) and 1 gram cartridge yesterday at your Cincinnati location. These were sold together to me by cannabis advisor # 46863. This is the first time I have used a battery and cartridge combo and expected to be able to use them together correctly. The case will not close correctly with the cartridge. I went back into the dispensary today for help (I thought I was doing something wrong) and was told "it was because the cartridge was 1 gram, but oh the box says 1 gram so it should fit". Then I was told maybe not all cartridges would fit. I think the advisor should receive more training, because why would you sell me a battery & case and a cartridge knowing the cartridge wouldn't fit. The advisor that sold this to me yesterday is the one that was at the front desk and told me this. I paid $28 for the battery & case and am unable to use it correctly. This was my first time at Zen Leaf and I am really disappointed in Zen Leaf and was hoping this would be a better place. I understand you are in the business to make money, but it seems like all that was cared about was a sale even if it wasn't the correct equipment/cartridge.

First of all I just wanna say their check in process is extremely outdated and slow. I don’t know how they go thru their customers bc a lot of people that came in after me have already came and went and I’m still sitting here… it’s literally taking forever like I’m at a doctor appt! Anyone who goes here just know SunnySide and Verilife have a way better process and it’s a lot faster and they go by first come first serve unlike here which I’m not sure why I’m still waiting it makes no sense everyone else is already gone !! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!

*def has changed since new ownership as far as checkout but still same as before as far as opinion only I like previous way. Everyone is nice they are quick even when it's busy. The parking lot blows but that's not the employees fault just putting it out there nice big waiting room lots of chairs.

by far my favorite dispensary in SW Ohio/Cincinnati. You'll always find me here. they have the most flower selections. lately it's been over 200. as of today 9/12/23 it stands at 216 different types of flower. that's crazy. they have deals every day of the week plus random promotional deals. the people there are friendly and legit. they know what they're talking about. they don't just agree with everything you say like most places. yes men. they get you our in a timely manner and unlike a lot of dispensaries they have a super chill waiting room with furniture and music. most places are like an amusem*nt park line after line that takes forever. If I can I always try to go here.

Online menu is straight forward with percentage rates, prices, and descriptions. Excellent follow up with customers if there is an issue. Usually pretty fast service. budtenders are always kind and patient.get there before 6 pm due to state licensing they cannot serve after 7pm. The state should allow them to serve the customers in the waiting room but that's a state issue

I made an online order for 1pm. I got to the store at 1250. It wasn’t busy at all, but I was a new patient and had to be processed. I sat there waiting until 135 for someone to take me back, while multiple people after me were taken back. If my order wasn’t prepaid, I would have left.Honestly, I’ve never been to a dispensary that took so long.. even on 4/20. I’ll give it one more try since I live 10 minutes away but my first visit was not ideal..

Went there and had to wait over a hour to get to backKept blaming on lack of employees and to many patients checking in. But all you heard going on in the back sound like a party bunch of laughing and giggling. 3 patients leave from back and took forever to get 1 patient to get called back(when we all know we go back with different people). So if 3 left out the door and taking 10 minutes for 1 to get called back is just crazy when you have a whole dispensary full of patients. Patients shouldn't be treated like this I wouldn't recommend wasting your time

Budtenders are always nice. They give good recommendations too so don’t be afraid to ask for their opinion.Since becoming a customer, I can see a big difference. Thank you zen leaf

I have never had a problem and the staff is more than helpful. They even laminated my card for me. They are always helpful at the counter, answering all my questions, no matter how small or complicated the question. This has been my primary dispensary since I moved here 3 years ago. I fully recommend them

Are very rude and me being a new customer I didn’t kno anything about their facility and they didn’t bother to help either. Was asking the workers questions just to b ignored. Felt like a child being punished for something I didn’t even do. I probably will never go back there just because the customer service was just horrible and as a first time customer I was very disappointed. And the wait time as a first time customer is over 30 minutes, why, I don’t know. Worst experience ever do not recommend just because of the service!

I wouldn’t recommend. It was my first visit to any dispensary. The young man behind the counter seemed annoyed I was a new customer. Tried to deny me service because my ID didn’t have my new address. (I just moved to a new home) Said I’d have to provide 3 pieces of mail with my current address. Luckily for me, I have my mail sent to my email. I showed him all my mail with my name and new address. That also seemed to annoy him. He audibly sighed and said “You have to get a new ID with your current address printed on it or next time we’ll refuse you.”… “Even thought I provided the mail with my name and new address?” I asked. “Yeah man” he said with an attitude…At this point I should have left, but I needed my prescription. After waiting around 25mins, I was escorted into the sales room. The tender was extremely nice and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. In the process of checking me out, a large man I assume was the manager came over and told him we need to hurry up. Then stormed off. The tender apologized profusely and said that was completely inappropriate. A second tender even came over to say how inappropriate that was. I assured them it was not their fault and thanked him for their help. The manager (I presume) and the secretary boy proceeded to mean mug me as I walked out the door. 0/10I believe Jacob was my tender. He gets a 10/10

!PLEASE READAND SHARE! Horrible, rude and obnoxious service. Few of the tenders there treat customers like children. Has become more of a playground than a medicinal shop. Managers definitely need to retrain a few On how to treat customers. I would not recommend Unless they have a super sale. There are a lot better dispensaries to choose from. But when going ask for MC to be your tinder. She handled it very well in correcting the rudeness of the other employees

They never answer the phone. They also seem to rarely have security on site, which is concerning. Not the best value but convenient. They don't seem to be ADA accessible either. I've seen wheelchair users struggle to get inside due to the doors being manual and heavy. The staff is friendly,however, the dispensery itself always seems so poorly managed. Also the selection is very much hit and miss.

I would give 5 stars cause it deserves it. But I always feel there's room for improvement. So I'll pick the wait time. But the area to wait is comfy and has great vibes!!! So not to bad. Quality and quanity of product A+. Everyone seemed friendly and enjoyed helping other's. My consultant was Jacob, another 5 star performance. I was able to get handicap parking and the wait inside was very fast. I was in the store and out in 15 minutes total. The people at Have A Heart-Zen are very nice. The products were in stock and I love the sale they have here.

They have a nice selection and nice folks who work here. However their ability to get customer processed....even with an online placed order takes a ridiculous amount of time.I don't know why it takes so long to get in and out. I recommend them, but bring your patience.

I came in to Zen Leaf on 10/07/2022 at 5:49 pm, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with getting me checked in, and my patient care advisor on Register 5 #43089 was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, and helpful with assisting me with any questions I had. I would recommend this dispensary for anyone looking for great customer service, and amazing product.

An amazing dispensary with amazingly friendly staff and really good prices with almost daily sales. First dispensary visited as a medical patient and it is my go-to for my medical cannabis needs.They stock a wide variety of tasteful products including AiroPro vape cartridges, extracts, edibles, etc., along with 'the original' flower products. Also on the shelves is nice gear used to consume your cannabis products.You cannot beat their customer service!

Went to buy a klutch pod today. I made my order online and the price reflected a %10 discount. When I arrived they said the website was wrong and they can’t honor their website price. The skateboard punk manager was a real jerk about it too. I like to support a black owned dispensary. But, the Rev Lynch needs to train his staff to be respectful to customers. We can go anywhere to get this stuff.

I can sit here and write a book on how amateur this place is or the fact they change something every 2 days from hours to pricing/sales model to the jaded employees (some are cool) to the making disabled folks stand outside in a line, but we've all been in here and we all know that the only reason we all come here is because it's the only one downtown.Counting the days until all these other ones open and I never have to walk in here again. Tick tock dudes, your monopoly on medical in Cincinnati is on borrowed time. Everybody west of Cheviot will wash their hands of ZenNoob.

This place was much better when locally owned. The personal service and atmosphere has certainly changed. They have however, kept the massive selection and decent discounts in tack. Sad to see it end up in the hands of a corporation.

Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend checking out the website before you go because there are a lot of products they offer.

Wait times are long, they need to hire more staff. At Verilife or even OhioHealth up in Dayton they move faster if you’re looking for pick up or just want to grab a specific item quickly.

Today is 4/20 which is a big day for cannabis. I stood outside waiting for 30mins before they opened just to have a consultant tell me she couldn’t describe anything and kept telling me that I had to look at the menu. She rung me up before I was done. I have severe anxiety and it took a lot for me to go to a different dispensary than I’m used to. I need cannabis to eat and to help with my mental health problems. I was having a full blown panic attack when she told me she couldn’t describe anything cause I don’t understand stuff sometimes because of my anxiety. I told her that; she still wouldn’t help me. When she walked away to pick the stuff up before I could finish, I started shaking cause I was getting even more anxious. I guess she didn’t care cause she still had an attitude. I had to go to verilife to get the rest of my stuff. I still had $200 to spend but I couldn’t get that done at zenleaf. This is so lengthy cause I wanted to clearly describe the situation. I don’t want this happening to another person with anxiety or any other mental health problem. This situation is very triggering to a lot of people. I’ve never had this situation happen before at any other place that I’ve ever been to. Zen leaf is not a safe environment for people that have severe anxiety which is sad cause people come there to get meds that help with it.

Such a great place! Friendly staff and great specials to look out for! When everything is going up in price, it's a Blessing to get a deal on meds!

Updated: since being bought out by Zen Leaf, it's been all downhill. They no longer offer daily sales, you can't get ahold of anyone by phone, and the prices are ridiculous. Look for another store. They do not care about patients.

Thus is my first time coming to this one because it was close to my house. I had the most emotional moment. The lady at the front desk had a attitude taking with her hands and getting smart. I hope if I do come back I pray I don't want to cry again😪😪

Best selection of everything anywhere in or near Cincinnati. The staff is awesome.. One of the security guards goes heeled inside the pharmacy and thinks he's judge jury and executioner. Just a matter of time before I disarm him and shove his weapon where the sun dont shine.

This was my first visit to a dispensary and I had no clue what I was doing. Christine (I hope I have that right) walked me through things, explained the strains and products, and did everything she could to help me, without providing medical advice of course. It was maybe 45 minutes from the time I walked in the waiting room, everything was much more affordable than I expected, and for the first time in literal years I slept through the night with no nightmares. I’d give it ten stars if I could.

Every few months I try this place again to see if it's better: never is.Do they have a good selection? Sure. Is it worth waiting forever when there is a dispensary with the same prices and better wait times? Absolutely not! What is the point of ordering online when I will still get stuck waiting 30-40 minutes for the only 5 people ahead of me to get called up.If you are planning to come here, plan to spend at least an hour, especially if you didn't do an online order (though at the pace they move, I'm not sure that even matters).I don't understand how this place is so slow when others in the city (and around the country) aren't. This is absolutely my last time here.

This place is great. For a dispensary, I got in and out quick and it was my first time coming here. The guy at the front desk when you walk in was nice and helpful. The employee who served me, Paul, was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I will be coming back here to try the different stuff they got.

Slow slow slow!!! It doesn't seem like the employees are trying efficiently assist patients. The prices are slightly higher than other dispensaries, and they don't seem to be able to keep a consistent amount of product. I thought it would get better now that they are under new ownership, somehow it's worse. They have some nice people that work here, however that doesn't make up for the lack of medication knowledge and efficiency.

The place is honestly great. Everyone is awesome and their prices are the best I've seen. My one bad notification is the guy at the desk in the door. He's short with you and apparently too busy on his phone to get up and open the door for a woman with a walker thats coming in. Aside from the pointless guy in the corner, have a heart is a fantastic place and I would recommend it to anyone!

Imagine claiming to close at 9pm but actually closing at 8:45. How does that help the patient or be beneficial to anyone but the employees who barely gain anything from 10 minutes off. They advertise false hours of business, eager to close even earlier than the last (unwritten) closing time which was understandable. Closing 15 minutes early means you closed at 8:45, and should be stated as such. They will continue to do nothing though because they just don’t care about anything but your money.

I've been a couple times now. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The wait is pretty quick, and the prices are good. Give them a try!

I give five stars because the products and staff are fabulous. The recurring problem I’m seeing is that the security guards need compassion training and a class in respect. They are dealing with sick miserable people, some which are triggered by their security guard status. Train them better. Or i will leave the state as a whole where I’m not discriminated against.

I have been going to this one for a couple of months now. I live a bit farther north of Cincinnati and it's worth the drive for me. Security guards do their job without making you feel uncomfortable. The customer service is phenomenal, I've never dealt with any unfriendly staff members here, even when there has been a line out the door or I'm there right before close, they're always still super nice.Flower selection better at other dispensaries, I'm not going to lie about that. Decent prices, though. Their edible selection is fantastic here for sure!

Their individual reps are knowledgeable, informative, and they care. In the middle of my visit. I started having muscle spasms. They made sure I was comfortable and then proceeded to understand all of my issues, then she reviewed my history to understand what did and don't work. After that she made new recommendations within my budget. Phenomenal service, regular sales, and huge selection.

Every time I go there they have no idea what they are doing. They always have my days wrong. This time the man at the counter oversold me on my days. I told him I only had two days. He said I had forty he cancelled the order and admitted he made the mistake and could not refund me all of my money. I was shocked. To me this is stealing. They are overpriced. They accept only cash. Took over 2 hours for no reason. Line inside and outside, I was a new patient and tried to give them my id and my license to get started and they just said needed my license which unlike every other dispensary I’ve been to over the past year.Went to sit down and wait for like 30 minutes, guy asked me to fill out the new patient form I had been expecting at the beginning, they want you to write your 25 digit medical on the paper and other info. I tried to give them my id once again since the number is on there and it will go in the system either way.Once again said they didn’t need the card. Wait another 30 minutes for the guy to say they can’t read my handwriting and to tell them some of the numbers. I once again was like “take the card” and they finally took it and got me in the system.Then I once again had to wait since I was put at the back of the line AGAIN.I do all this and their prices and selection isn’t even that great compared to their others especially strawberry fields.Never going back, waste of time.The bud tenders and security were nice tho. This place is very slow at taking its patients & have no clue how to get people in & out quickly. Also, they have a security guard who is favorable to his own race & short towards other races. He also allows his race of people in after he tells someone of a different race that they are already at max capacity & doesn't let them in.

Easy to find, lots of parking, very large waiting room with ample seating. Staff was courteous. I didn't wait long, even though there were about 10 or so people in front of me. I had Jared or Jerry as my sales rep/bud tender, and he was a huuuuuuge help. Can't wait to come back.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to help me. Every other dispensary was out of what I needed. When I called them they said they were out of it also but it came in later that day and they called every number on they’re caller ID to find me and let me know they had it. I greatly appreciate them going out of they’re way to let me know. I was completely out and suffering severe pain. They answered all my questions and had the largest variety of choices in the area. Decided to start the new year by checking out a new dispensary. Really enjoyed this one. Staff was nice, check in was easy. They have a huge menu compared to other stores I’ve been to (10 pages!) so lots of product choice. Prices seem comparable to other places. There’s also a smoke shop next door so I started my new year with new glass too! A good experience, I’ll go back!

Very clean, the lady at check in seems a little rude. Other staff is friendly and the facility is very nice and a large assortment. However, throughout the year the prices have increased significantly. Through the pandemic you wouldn’t think they would do that to the ones needing medication. For that reason I and a lot of others I know cannot afford it and have went elsewhere. The streets have way better deals and much better quality also. $50 for 2 grams is a huge rip off and it’s mostly dry and not what you’d expect from a $50 purchase. Strawberry Fields in Monroe always has better deals. As far as the facility, I personally do not like so much interaction with staff, your escorted back and escorted out as opposed to other dispensaries where you just walk in and purchase your stuff and leave. Another downfall is they do not accept cards and there’s not an ATM on site. Come with cash if you do end up deciding to be ripped off.

First time here, fantastic selection with a clean comfortable environment. Will definitely be back. Next time I come I hope I get a different attendant. Jeffrey, who helped me, was not friendly and seemed agitated. Maybe I did something to irritate him but I’m not sure. Have a heart Cincy is great! Jeffrey, however, not so much.

I was greeted warmly. I felt welcome. Ms.Sean (forgive the spelling) was so very helpful and my patient care advisor, Candace, had everything ready for me when I got there. The staff is not only helpful, but you feel like they care about their patients. I love this place.

Great and personable service from the moment you enter. I’m most familiar with A.J. and Candace. They are knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful. They know their products well. I tell them what I’m in need of, I have several medical issues, cancer being one, and they help me find what balance is going to help me the best. I’m not the customer before me or after me; I’m the person in front of them. 💜

The dispensary at Have a Heart Cincy, is one definitely to remember! The staff from entering the facility were so welcoming and open. The ambiance and energy from both the waiting area and inside the dispensary were both inviting and comfortable. I had JR as a specialist, and he was just that! He knows his knowledge about cannabis and how it will be work with you body and needs. JR was extremely thorough and detailed about what works best for the customer. Which I appreciated because it allows for a knowledgeable conversation on how one’s medical works for them. I cannot wait to go back and see all of the staff and the large array of cannabis from flower to edibles, beautifully laid out! 12/10 would recommend to any patient Cincinnati native or not!

Everyone is always so friendly from the time i walk in to give my I.D to going to the back room. PLUS they are so amazing with my allergy. It seriously means the world to me knowing that they take the time to be safe with me. You have no idea what that does. Its always the small touches that make it even better. I see people complain about prices but its a great place and if I pay a bit more for a great staff and a safe environment the so be it. Thanks guys for all you do!!!

I'm very disappointed with my first visit. A staff member who helped me was very rude and short with me. He didn't take the time to answer questions, he was very impatient, and rude.Warning: It's cash only and you better know exactly what products you want before you go in. I have been to Have a heart Cincy a couple of times and their customer service is phenomenal. I just left and was helped by Alex. He was super knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He helped me figure out what was right for me. I will definitely be back!

I love coming to this dispensary however i hate to wait. I do wish they had a more efficient way to process online orders (like there should be a separate check in window where one can just quickly and easily pay and pick up items that were ordered online)

Best dispensary in the area by far

Great first experience with this disp! Very friendly staff, who seemed knowledgeable for the quick in and out I made. I ended up arriving at 8:34, as a new patient. They were kind enough to let me proceed even tho it was 4 after the new patient cutoff time. I already knew what I wanted and a super nice gentleman took my order. I was called to the back by a staff member who gave me a brief run through. I went quick because I knew they were closing soon and I didn't want to hold them up. Building is large inside, displays and setup were nice. I will say I've found some better deals at other places but I'm def going to go back to Have a Heart. I want to spend some more time looking around and asking more questions. Will review again!

I’m very pleased with my shopping experience at Have a Heart Cincinnati. The service was fast, professional and caring. Their Budtenders/Patient Care Associates are knowledgeable and well-trained. Shout out to Karen and Kayla! Also, I was thrilled to find low-cost, high-potency, bulk-packaged shake options.

Omg this is the best place I’ve ever been, and I’ve been to every dispensary in Cincinnati. Friendly, educated, helpful staff. EXTENSIVE menu. Great music in waiting room and in the bud bar. This just started my day off right. I won’t be going anywhere else. 12/10It’s also right next to Lefty’s smoke shop so you can get all your needs at once. And Lefty’s is INCREDIBLE.

This was the first dispensary I have been to, but I don't feel a need to try any of the others. The product list here is extensive and the prices are fair. The employees and management are knowledgeable and friendly. I can tell they actually care about their patients.

My wife has been a customer for a while and has had nothing but good things to say about the place. I finally got my MMC and we went together and all I can say is the place is amazing, the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. JR answered all our questions and made some recommendations for products for us to try. With being a Veteran they also have the biggest discount around and like JR said we earned the discount and it was said with sincerity and was much appreciated. Keep up the good work we will continue to advertise for Have A Heart...

I liked the overall experience. Marlissa at check-in was helpful and friendly, as well as younger man at the door. And J.R. in the back took his time educating me as a first timer. I will go back here.

I had an amazing, quick experience. I was nervous as it was my first time legally purchasing marijuana, however they made it incredibly easy and smooth. Lauren was awesome, and I greatly appreciate her help.

This is the only dispensary in the Cincinnati area with customers in mind. They are very professional and you feel at ease getting your medication. Every budtender I have interacted with treated me with respect and was knowledgeable. Don't waste your time at other dispensaries.

Great staff, but those prices are whack! Check around you'll see how much more than other stores in the area. I mean come on we're not even getting a regular 8th dnt price gouge too

After lots of researching and several recommendationsI decided to go to have a heart Cincy for my first experience with a dispensary after getting approved. The wait time wasn't bad I was a new patient so it took an extra like 10 minutes. I had a young lady named Lauren H. to help guide me through the experience. She was very knowledgeable and helpful because even though I've done tons of research I don't know even an eighth of the info. we discussed different strains and exactly what medical effects I needed and came up with a game plan (that included a great sale discount on my order). She helped me pick blends for 4 different medical complaints I have and was extremely knowledgeable and nice and so patient. I was very impressed with her depth of knowledge & recommed Have a Heart Cincy to anyone who loves great customer service and a corona safe set up. Also, huge bonus, I purchased flowers that were supposed to be packaged as shake and when I opened it up & it was all buds! No shake in my discount purchase of shake! Must've run out of shake, nice bonus score for me & generous of the dispensary to honor the sale price on their replacement flower.

Ordering is easy. Check-in is easy. Product and price nice. Employees friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Opportunities to learn more were even posted. Nicest dispensary in area for being able to social distance while waiting. Inside you can hear each other well, compared to most other places with raised ceilings, all concrete and lots of voices. Being able to communicate to your bud tender is important to find the medicine most beneficial for you, Props to Alex, Jalal, and the lady bud tender. Bring cash because no onsite atm though.

Went for my first visit today and it will definitely not be my last! From the security officer at the door, to the woman who cashed me out, everyone was SO NICE! I was nervous going in because i've never done something like that before, but it went so smoothly and wonderfully! Definitely would go back and recommend it to any ohio patient.

My favorite dispensary in the Cincinnati area. Very clean and welcoming, staff is friendly and the facility is very nice and clean. Great deals and the deals are posted on Leafly so I know what to expect before coming in. Only downfall is they do not accept cards and there’s not ATM on site. Come with cash.

Love the staff, they are always helpful, very friendly and they even remember my name every time I go in. That alone already makes you feel like you're someone they care about. As for the most important part. The medicine is always top choice selection. With plenty of varieties to choose from and their menu gets bigger every time I go in. The dispensary is one of the biggest if not the biggest in the 50 square miles of here. Which is nice so you don't feel all crammed in a small building. Sometimes vendors will be there to talk to patients and answer questions, talk about new products etc.. That information goes a long way. All in all I will definitely keep coming back to have a heart cincy its the best one in town.

I used them before with no problem. This time was much different. I went in because the website advertised a deal where you purchase one product and get another on a discount. Well then when I arrived they had it listed but two of a certain product and get the other on discount. I tried to show the clerk who wouldn't even listen to me until I asked to speak to a supervisor. Now he helped me by giving me the discount anyway. Yet when I tried to purchase my items all of a sudden the product I wanted which fit the qualifications of the discounted product. Was for some reasoan not eligible for the discount.

Look.. yall that know I'm mister bad review. Never leave good ones at any place but the atmosphere here was professional an chill. Now Paul the brotha that help me today was off the chain knowledgeable was his keep but also honest. Very much so impressed and good with the service provided today.

This was my first time visiting Have a Heart. The staff were very friendly and professional. The selection was great; a little overwhelming for a newbie but I had a great employee who was knowledgeable and helped me with my questions and selection.

Ashley, Brook and David (name spelling?) were just rad. I’ve been to several dispensaries throughout the country as well as overseas. Being a native of OH it’s nice to have another dispensary I feel welcome visiting from the moment I walk in.This past Sunday was my first visit and I’ll definitely be a repeat patient/customer. Great atmosphere, great selection and solid prices. Overall just a great experience!

Every time I come, it’s always love. Each member of the staff is full of positive energy and are always delighted to see you. They remember who you are each time you come, creating that familiar experience and rapport with you. The quality of their merchandise is always elite. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and would advise anyone who’s in the area to visit this loving place. You won’t be disappointed.

Showed up today to meet with Paul and the other great staff. I must say great experience and knowledgeable staff led to right medications for my conditions. Also very impressed by the menu. Menu’s with the Terpene profiles! Gotta like that. Five Star!

This dispensary is so much cleaner. It's more customer friendly. It has a relaxing atmosphere. Best of all they treat you like family. And for those of you who have never been there they also offer a crub side pick up.

Very friendly and inviting to the newcomer. Great discount for veterans. There are dispensaries much closer to me but this will be my number one choice.

TLDR: No ATM on-site, but exceptional staffTruly, this place deserves four stars because they don't have an ATM on-site. Some of their prices are higher than at other dispensaries around Cincinnati, but some prices are better than their competitors so I will call that a wash and not ding them for that. The lack of an ATM is ridiculous though. Everywhere else I have been has them. It is a standard feature that should be considered essential for them. So, minus one star for not having one.Where Have A Heart Cincy shines is with the employees. I expect excellent customer service at any dispensary and have never been disappointed, but the environment here is a cut above. Everyone here was warm and friendly. From the guard to reception to sales, each person was welcoming, pleasant and comforting. Creating a space like that requires leadership that values those traits and people who are genuine and kind working together. So they deserve an extra star.

In town for a Bearcats game and stopped in Have a Heart. Great selection, pricing and a top notch staff. Probably the biggest and nicest dispensary in the state.

Nice setup, friendly staff and a diverse selection. Possibly a little bit cheaper than it's rival. They would do well, to put the menu up daily. There's a lot of product not on the leafly menu and most doesn't match menu in store.

Went to Have a Heart today. I had a menu from Verilife and one from About Wellness. When I compared the menus, Have a Heart was more expensive than the other two. Also, I am completely disabled. Have a Heart would not give me a discount for Indigent or for SSDI as the other two dispensaries did. If I cannot get the discount and the higher prices at Have a Heart, I will not be returning. However Have a Heart was nice dispensary. Verilfe is also a nice dispensary.

Have A Heart Cincy was wonderful. Yesterday was my first time there and they had all of their products In. I was super impressed by the staff who just want you to feel at home and with their process of assigning someone to guide you so that there is never a chance that you are going to walk out of there with something you know nothing about. These people felt down to earth and Welcoming and in my book you don’t see that much. Kudos to the staff for a great opening... it really seems like your smoothed out the kinks.

I've been to About Wellness and Verilife before visiting "Have a Heart". I think this is the best setup and staff I've seen in the area. David was very patient, educated and helpful. All the other staff members were pleasant, nice and helpful. Good experience.

Well worth the wait!! What an unbelievable facility and team. I was greeted with a smiling face every step of the way, and every team member was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Cincinnati patients have an amazing choice with Have a Heart.

Went to the new dispensary in Cincinnati. Have a Have A Heart Cincy. Was a soft opening. Which meant they could only sell specific growers. I was number 1 customer. They treated me great. They had some growing pains but was in no hurry. The layout is good. Only 1 display case on the floor. They rest were shelves set back in the walls with locking glass doors. Got a 25% indigent discount. Not sure they say Grand opening Friday, but I believe I heard they were open tomorrow. All in all was fun and looks like I'll be back for sure. Flower I got was fresh very good. Got the go to layer cake. One of my favs 29% Give it a shot. See what you think.

It’s taking a long long time to open. Verilife and verdant been opened. Get with the program.
