Best dispensary around by far! I have been a patient here for going on 2 years and guarantee they have the best products and provide the best care and support to patients by far. Every single staff member (Jeremiah, Amelia, Miranda, Kevin, Geoffrey and Randy) are extremely knowledgeable about every product. They listen to the patients needs and always offer great recommendations and advice. Stop in and see them today. I assure you that they will become your dispensary of choice too.

My mom and I have been medical marijuana patients for years now and we love our family at Zen Leaf in Bowling Green. Amelia, Miranda and everyone at the dispensary are so friendly and helpful. I love how they always share any new information about products or changes to laws with us and their personal recommendations of the products have always been so knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend this place to first time as well as long term cannabis patients/consumers.

I absolutely 💕 Love this place, I couldn't and wouldn't want to function without it. They have an amazing and friendly staff 🧑‍💻👨‍🦱👱🏼‍♀️ And I never seem to have a problem with not having what I need in stock. They always have smiles🧑🏼on their faces, that I like. Zen Leaf was amazing. Before I had decided whether or not to use medical marijuana, they explained the benefits, the different types they carried & the benefits of each formulation. After I decided to get a MMC, they sent me a list of Doctors that prescribe it at very reasonable rates. I was very nervous at my 1st visit but everyone was very nice & their products & what to expect was explained. I will definitely be returning.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. They have safe a dispensory environment. I enjoy my visits every time I'm there. They know their products. The new age is here for medicinal. Stop in once you have your medical card. They will help you find the relief you need.

Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. Miranda was NICE, knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease and not ridiculous when asking questions.

Everyone that works here treats you as a friend not just a patient. The store is always clean. I am very comfortable when I go to get my husband's medication. The products are good and affordable.

UPDATE 5/22/23:**I have now visited many times and the staff continues to be top notch!Since new pics of my latest purchase, really wide selection of brands and products. Airgraft vape is an excellent example! Also butterfly effect and certified cultivators. Miranda has helped several times and everyone has been very kind and knowledgeable about any questions I have. **First visit was extremely positive. Friendly and professional staff. Fantastic products that were extremely helpful. *Update: Have been several times and staff/experience are all STILL amazing! As a first time buyer with a lot of questions I was very happy with the service at Zen Leaf BG. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. She answered all my questions about the sign in procedure and some of the requirements. The staff in the dispensary, I dealt with Cindy, were open and quite knowledgeable about all forms of product and made me feel like a part of a new family.

Anna, Cindy, Emilie, and Jeb are all great at what they do! Very knowledgable, and always super friendly. I'm Probably leaving someone out but I'm not great with names. Top notch customer service, and a very clean professional atmosphere throughout the store. Never had a bad experience at Zenleaf BG!

Cindy was very informative and helped me make some selections that I was genuinely very happy with. I came here on a whim Saturday morning and was happy that I did. A few of my friends have since told me that this place is rather expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for. I will gladly pay a little more for great customer service then the run of the mill that I have been getting elsewhere. I feel bad I left my notebook that they were nice enough to give me there on accident with all of the rules. Hopefully they will give me another one on my next visit. Very helpful and patient guiding me through my first visit to an Ohio dispensary after living for many years in a much more user friendly state. Ohio laws are arcane and counterintuitive and I appreciated the time they spent not just helping me select the products that suited my needs but making sure I understood how things worked in the state. Prices didn't seem out of line and the products I purchased were first rate.

I feel terrible for not remembering names but the receptionist was lightening speed fast getting me set up with my first visit and the help received while checking out was thorough and helpful. Thank you (from the one who suggested Buckeye Relief lavender vanilla carts AND the milk at Trader Joe's) 😉

Way over priced, $80 for a .84 of a gram and $60 for a .5 of a gram. This place scams you out of more money than any other dispensary Ive been too. On top of having to pay a 10% tax fee on top of the order. The quality of the product is very dry, not much of a smell, just plain poor quality here.

Am terminal pancreatic cancer, got medical card. Went to Zen Leaf. Very knowledgable staff. Very clean, professional, very impressed.

Nice and knowledgeable staff who will take the time to get you what you are looking for. Zen Leaf is always having daily promos that you can see on the website before you place an online order if you decide to do so. The quality of the product is better than what you will find up north. I'd say save the gas money to Michigan and go to Zen Leaf in Bowling Green. They will make it worth it!

Just left. Came from out of my way for the 20% off "sale". I used their ATM, and I asked very clearly how much. And I selected an appropriate value. Cash in hand. I get to the register and she added $5.00 more onto what she'd told me. Their atm charges 3.50 a pop. I walked out. Going to Bloom. Get some folks that understand effective communication...

Staff is friendly but preorders makes zero sense. Only dispensary I've ever been to you put an online order in and when you get a text it's ready for pickup means very little. You get treated just as if you never placed an order other then they have it set aside you still have to wait for everyone ahead of you placing orders before you actually get to pick up. Thought I could place an order here like literally every dispensary I've been too who has order set aside for fast pick up on an extremely busy day just to find out it was a huge mistake messed up my appointments for the day. Won't try this again. For normal orders wouldn't think twice but for fast pick ups wouldn't bother.

I have never consumed marijuana before and knew nothing about it. I recently obtained a medical marijuana card for chronic pain. I went to another storefront who had a ton of reviews and was recommended to me by a coworker.During my visit to that depensory I felt rushed and constantly felt like I was just being sold products rather than being asked what I was trying to alleviate (pain, headaches, etc).I decided to visit ZenLeaf because it is local. I wish I would've visited here first rather than AmazingBudz in Adrian.This location is small but offers a wide variety of product. The staff was not only knowledgeable but took their time with me. They answered all of my questions and asked what I was looking to achieve when I consume.I never felt rushed, never felt like I was being sold products just for the sake of it, and more importantly it was a more personable experience altogether.Whether you're a new like me or an experienced smoker, this place will definitely have it!

Ohio prices are pretty high. Why do they sell in 2.8 gram containers instead of 1/8ths? The quality and variety is great but you’re better off going to Michigan if you want the best value for your money.

Only go here if this is your only option to get your medicine. The prices here are very high and most of the staff is uneducated on the products except for Jeff. They sold me a half gram cart today that doesn’t work with 510 thread and didn’t tell me that I would need to buy a special battery for it. Just make the drive and go to Michigan if you can because ZenLeaf/Soothe fails me almost every time.

Ohio prices are rediculous.. and there is no ramifications if they sell you a junk product.. like u can't bring it back and say hey look this dont work. There needs to be alot of changes in ohios rules.. and a little more scrutiny on the products you sell. I bought a lemon tree wax a standard wellness product and a MAC .. the lemon tree was watery and I couldn't even use it. The Mac burns up so quick. How can u buy in other states and get a better product?waste of money and time to buy here or ohio

Honestly the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because it's a little pricey, but the product is very good quality. Honestly worth it tbh. A half gram cart would normally be gone in like 2 days, I got the Jilly and Jbean, Jilly lasted 4 days.. and I just started the Jbean. The staff were so helpful and so awesome there. Great people.

I would highly recommend checking out Soothe. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. Even the girl at the front counter was very helpful. I feel bad I don't remember anybody's name but they were all really nice. The flower is high quality 👌 atm on site which was awesome as well. The only reason I didn't give soothe a 5 star was because the selection was kinda small. Hearing they have only been open for a couple months. I'm sure the product varieties will come in time. I'll definitely be back though.

The young man at check in was very nice and informative.However after viewing the menu page there I can't understand the states pricing A normal concentrate cartridge starts at about $30.The state makes them sell cartridge, battery, and charger with each cartridge purchased. Cost is $75. A battery last a long time so to make the customers purchase these with each one is unbelievable.Everyone should write the pharmacy board and complain.All of the prices are way to high on all of the products. Period. I left

Great staff very friendly prices for flower is compared to MI other then you have to buy in 2.83grams pre packed you can see the product in plastic containers with built in magnifying glass and holes so you can smell the product. Prices for ediables is a bit high 50 for a little of 100mg but I'm sure the price will come down once it's more available. But over all I would definatly recommend you stop in and take a look.
