When it comes to settings for outdoor concert venues, it doesn’t get more beautiful than Artpark, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this season. The 150-acre park overlooking the Niagara River Gorge has breathtaking views of nature as a backdrop for a summer of music, festivals, family activities and educational opportunities.
For the purpose of this story, we are only listing events in Artpark’s two larger ticketed facilities, the Artpark Mainstage Theater and the Outdoor Amphitheater. The Mainstage Theater has reserved indoor seating, with lawn availability for some events. The Artpark Amphitheater is an outdoor space that has multiple options that vary by concert including front of stage (standing only) tickets, reserved seats and general admission lawn. Check the Artpark website to see what type of tickets are available for individual concerts and what you allowed to bring in for seating such as blankets and lawn chairs.

Quick tips for visitors
Artpark is located at 450 S. Fourth St., Lewiston. Purchase tickets at the box office or through Ticketmaster. The box office is open extended hours on performance days.
Parking and traffic: Avoid traffic by arriving a few hours early and checking out the bars, restaurants, bakeries and quaint shops located throughout the village, especially along Center Street. They are all within walking distance of Artpark. There are four paid parking lots at Artpark. The upper lots are at the end of Portage Road; the lower lots are at the end South Fourth Street. Watch out for restricted areas if you’re parking in the village.
What to bring, leave behind: You can bring binoculars, umbrellas, strollers, service animals and cameras without a detachable lens. But, leave your backpack, duffel bag and purse behind. Other prohibited items include food, drink, coolers, laser pens, glass, bikes, rollerblades, selfie sticks and GoPro. The full list is on the Artpark website (artpark.net) under venue information.
