ALL OF THIS!!!
The wild part is most of them talking about what they’re “ not about to do” in this thread are still saying they’d send it to him instead of just throwing the sh*t out and blocking him. That’s why these men stay playing with women.

Just put it in a bag and leave it in front of your door. That’s way too much engagement for items that’s of no expense. If he wanted them so bad, he could’ve made it worked or asked someone to collect them.
It seems as if the both of you want to be in contact, by way of bs. Just block his frigging number and be done with it, because I wish I would let someone harass me over some raggedy clothing.

I would mail it to him. No need for him to even come remotely close to where I live.
Mail it, give him the tracking number and let him sort that ish out with USPS.
And block him after you text him the tracking info.

He wouldn’t be coming to my place to do this to begin with.
If I agreed to give him his stuff back I would of left it at his front door/mailbox, sent a picture of the drop off and been done with it.

Long story short…I recently broke up with this guy I was dating, and he has a hat and hoodie still at my place that he wants back…cool. He texts me today saying that he could pick his things up around 9p and I let him know I was fine with that. He then switches up and says he won’t be able to get his stuff until tomorrow, Friday. I let him know that wouldn’t work because I have plans and I’ll be out and about all day and night. This is where all hell breaks loose…he then proceeds to verbally abuse and threaten me through text and on the phone because I won’t be readily available Friday to return his things, calling me out of my name and all sorts of things. I’ve been trying to be super cordial about the situation but I feel threatened and super uncomfortable with even being around him. I want to get the cops involved and let a police officer be the one to give him his ish back. As of now, he’s planning to come to my place Saturday around noon to get his stuff.
Ladies, what would y’all do in this situation?
Why did you agree to have him come to your house?
Why didn't you just mail his things to him.
My advice is to cancel and ask for his address and mail it to him.
Do not be home tomorrow ...
DO NOT talk to him.
Get his address via text.

Op please don’t meet this guy alone or in private. I had written an alternative such as having a friend /family member with you when he comes but honestly if it were me I would cancel the plan. I would say an emergency came up and I cannot meet tomorrow but you will save him the trip and Uber it to his address or wherever he wants. It’s not a massive package it won’t cost much. place it in a shopping bag take a video of what you placed in it (in case he ends up saying you damaged or didn’t include something) and have Uber do it. Be nice about it but Make you sending the package the only option not another day or time to meet. This is an easy no cost/effort to him alternative that if he refuses it know then he is not being honest about what he wants.
Please watch this TikTok. I watched these a few days ago and maybe I was supposed to pass them on to you. Please don’t meet up with him.

OP here: I sent his sh*t via Uber. He’s blocked. It’s a done deal. Thanks for looking out y’all!
